A traditional ''school'' or ''Station'' clock . The fully restored movement is single fusee and has square plates with the original steel hands and runs for 8 days . The enamelled dial is signed H.Toplis, 10 Garibaldi St, Plumstead. Toplis is listed as a Watch and clock maker from 1875. This clock probably dates to 1890-1900 . It has 1 side door and a convex bottom door held with a lock and Key . Sold fully overhauled and with a 12 month Guarantee in writing . The case is polished mahogany of good colour .
